The 36ers will also look to Mitch Creek to continue his outstanding pre-season form. Spending the off season with the Spectres in the SEABL competiton, Creek has a new confidence and a change of attitude and with a change of attitude comes a change of number from 23 to 55.
Why the number change? Mitch wanted to honor his father by wearing his old number 5, however since Brett Maher’s famous number 5 has been retired, Mitch chose 55, “One 5 for my Dad and one 5 for me” said Creek.
